Our Mission

At Elemental, our mission is to develop enduring relationships with our clients. To continue expanding our knowledge in all elements of financial planning to better serve our clients. To serve our clients with integrity, to plan for our clients as we plan for ourselves and our families, giving them confidence in achieving financial independence.

To Develop a Long-Lasting, Trusting Relationship with Every Client

To Develop a Long-Lasting, Trusting Relationship with Every Client

Our primary mission is to develop a long-lasting, trusting relationship with you. We want to get to know you as well as we get to know your finances. Building a trusting relationship with one another is the foundation on which we can help you on your journey to financial independence. And you are never alone on that journey. We will be with you every step of the way.

You Come First, Always

You Come First, Always

We will educate you on our process so that you feel comfortable contributing to the development of your financial strategy. In working together as a team to develop a plan that is right for you, you will have greater confidence in, and you will get more excited about, your ability to reach financial independence. And we will be there with you every step of the way to see that strategy through. As circumstances inevitably change, our strategy for you will evolve so that we always have you on the correct path to financial independence.

Working as a Team Builds Confidence in the Process

Our vision for Elemental was to create an independent firm so that we are always free to seek out the products and services that best fit your financial needs. Matt’s philosophy has always been that you come first, always. And what makes our team work so well is the fact that Thomas strongly holds this view as well. In joining Matt at Elemental, Thomas has the ability to practice what he has been preaching in his academic research: there is absolutely no place for conflicts of interest or charging unnecessarily high fees when it comes to working with a client. His research has shown that both are too common in the industry and are devastating to the performance of retirement portfolios.
